You asked — we built. Say hello to timesheets!

With a few clicks of buttons, your consultants are able to submit their timesheets and you would immediately see their numbers being represented in your project plan and financials. Chasing consultants for actuals vs budgets is not a thing of the past!

How to enable timesheets

Enabling timesheets for individual consultants is possible when adding or editing consultants. That will enable timesheets for that consultant.

When does timesheet collection happen?

That’s easy: Friday for consultants.

Then on Monday Engagement Lead (or Engagement Support) will receive the following updates:

1. On Splash if consultants worked accordingly to plan.
2. Or in their inbox to review if consultants worked more or less against the plan.

What is the meaning of planned days and actuals?

Planned days are the days that Engagement Lead was planning for a consultant to work within the project.

Actual days that is the days consultants actually worked on the project. These can be collected through our new timesheets feature or can be updated manually.
